Hi there, I’m Susanne

After a mostly inactive life, I started strength training at 48 and started discovering how much it improves wellbeing, confidence and quality of life. Here I share my fitness journey, strategies to feel good and combat self-doubt, and some of the other good things in life such as dipping my toes into hiking and our travels to Italy.
