After I started training I got into running, and was riddled with niggles and injuries. After a stress fracture I was diagnosed with osteoporosis which has later improved to be osteopenia. If you also have bone density issues you need to find what works and is safe for you – talk to your doctor and get in touch with a competent physiotherapist and/or competent personal trainer. We’re all different.
